If you would like to add balloons and don’t want to go the pickup option, we recommend working with one of our approved balloon vendors. DIY balloons are not recommended as they may not swirl around the bubble house properly or may pop quickly.

3-4 Hours is included when renting the Bouncy Bubble. Bubble Houses by nature endure a lot of pressure when in use. Because of this it is best to avoid extended amounts of duration and industry standard for your safety and the safety of the vinyl is 3-4 hours of use at one time. This time does not include the set-up and take down of The Bubble.

Additional things to note:

-We always do our absolute best to deliver your cutie rental at least an hour before your event starts so that you have time to add any decor. This hour window does not take away from the total duration of your event.

-We pick-up same day after your event ends. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s events. Any pick-ups requested after 9pm will incur an additional charge of $50 per hour.

Our Bubble House is one of the larger units offered in Middle TN and can accommodate up to 8-10 guests at once depending on the age + size.

Keep in mind that the more people inside at once can limit the air flow of balloons, but we find that guests don’t typically mind and enjoy tossing them around anyways!

We currently accept bookings for The Bouncy Bubble on a case by case basis. The best way to see it’s availability is to click the “Book Now” button to inquire!

Delivery Window:

We will set up before your event begins and pick up after it ends. You will receive an email with a 1 hour delivery window by the Wednesday prior to your event. We always deliver at least an hour prior to your event. If you are hiring a balloon vendor or hosting at a venue and need a special set up time, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate.

Surfaces:

We cannot set up on dirt, gravel, rocks, sand or uneven surfaces. When completing the booking form please make sure to enter the correct surface so we bring the necessary equipment. For your guests safety, properly securing the inflatable is extremely important. We will bring stakes for grass or sandbags for turf, concrete, sport courts, and indoor set ups.

Preparing for Delivery:

Our delivery team will send you a text when on the way. Here’s a few things things that you can do to in advance to ensure a seamless + timely setup process!

1. Clear the set-up area and path from street to set-up location of any trash cans, patio furniture, toys, and pet waste.

2. Confirm that the nearest power outlet is working and ready!

3. Be prepared with payment (cash or card) and ready to sign the rental agreement + safety waivers.
