The Classic Ball Pit

  • We rent out our modern bounce houses by the event! On average we find that events last anywhere from 2-8 hours. If you’re event duration exceeds this amount of time there may be an additional charge, so please keep that in mind when completing your booking form and noting your event start and end time.

    Additional things to note:

    -We always do our absolute best to deliver your cutie castle rental at least an hour before your event starts so that you have time to add any decor. This hour window does not take away from the total duration of your event.

    -We pick-up same day after your event ends. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s events. Any pick-ups requested after 9pm will incur an additional charge of $50 per hour.

  • When it comes to party planning we want booking your bouncer to be a breeze! For this reason we provide self-booking options through our website (excluding weekday rentals which we take on a case by case basis and require you to reach out to us via email.)

    We encourage you to take advantage of our “Book Your Party” page for the most accurate real time availability, but definitely don’t hesitate to reach out via email if you have any questions!

    If your event date is blocked out when you try to book online, we are booked for that day. Please send us an email if you would like to be added to the cancellation list for a specific date!

  • Delivery Window:

    We will set-up before your event begins and pick up after it ends. And because we know how crazy coordinating for events can be, you can expect an email from us outlining your specific 1 hour delivery and pick-up window the Tuesday-Wednesday prior to your event!

    Preparing for Delivery:

    Our delivery crew will text you with an ETA when they are headed your way! Here’s a few things things that you can do to in advance to ensure a seamless + timely setup process!

    1. Clear the set-up area and path from street to set-up location of any trash cans, patio furniture, toys, and pet waste.

    2. Confirm you have the adequate amount of space for set-up

    2. A mix of clear, white, and pearl Ball Pit balls

    3. Additional colors of your choice / $20 per color

The base of your ball pit will be a mix of white, clear, + pearl balls. Customize it to your party by choosing additional accent ball colors.

Additional accent ball colors may be added for $20/color. The images in this section reflect our current ball pit color inventory.
